For the people, the milestones, and the in-between. Thoughtfully made portraits with a little vintage warmth and room to be yourself.

A personal session, close to home.

TMZ Photography is Tatiana Merced-Zarou's Long Island portrait practice. Her approach brings minimalism and vintage aesthetics together: simple compositions, expressive faces, and photographs that feel personal. Sessions are available for families, couples, maternity, individual portraits, graduation and professional headshots. Start with what you want to remember, then choose the setting and pace together.

01

Garden City & central Nassau

A family session does not need an elaborate itinerary. A familiar home, a simple outdoor setting, or one carefully chosen backdrop can leave more time for everyone to settle in. For Garden City families, the session plan begins with the ages of the children, the group size, and any grandparents or partners joining. Build in room for breaks instead of rushing between locations.

02

Manhasset, Roslyn & the North Shore

Portrait and maternity inquiries from Manhasset, Roslyn, Old Westbury and Brookville can begin with a choice of mood: a clean, understated portrait or a softer garden-inspired setting. If a particular estate or garden matters to you, mention it early. Access, photography permissions and venue costs need to be confirmed before a location is promised.

03

Great Neck, Port Washington & Sands Point

For professional portraits, choose a background that supports your work without distracting from your face. For couples and families near Port Washington or Sands Point, discuss an outdoor setting or a more personal at-home session. A nearby location is often more practical than several stops, especially with young children or a tight work schedule.

Choose the experience, then the location.

  • Family & couples: relaxed direction, individual portraits and time together. Share the number of people and any must-have combinations.
  • Maternity: a calm, comfortable session with space for solo portraits or a partner. Tell Tatiana the mood you have in mind and any accessibility needs.
  • Portraits & headshots: let the intended use guide wardrobe and framing, whether it is a personal milestone, a website, LinkedIn or a press kit.

Professional photography at Old Westbury Gardens and Sands Point Preserve requires permission or a permit. County parks also have a photography-permit process. Availability and access are confirmed during planning; TMZ Photography is not affiliated with these venues.
