Maternity photography can be intimate, simple and entirely your own. Tatiana plans sessions for clients across Nassau County's North Shore, including Manhasset, Roslyn, Old Westbury and Brookville. The emphasis is on expressive portraits, a comfortable setting and the feeling of this particular season, with solo images or a partner included in the plan.

Comfort comes first

Share the date range that works for you and any preferences around movement, walking, seating or privacy. There is no need to build the session around a demanding location or a long list of poses. A manageable setting and time for pauses can make the experience feel much easier. Tatiana will discuss the practical plan with you before the shoot.

Soft light, simple styling

A favorite dress, a clean silhouette or a meaningful piece of jewelry can be a useful starting point. Choose clothing you feel good in, then consider how it will work with the location. If you are drawn to the garden and estate character of the North Shore, say so in your inquiry. Any venue access, permissions or additional costs must be arranged before that setting is confirmed.

Solo portraits or a shared chapter

The maternity offering allows for solo or partner portraits. If you hope to include children or other family members, mention that before booking so the session can be scoped appropriately. Maternity sessions are approximately 1-1.5 hours and include 35+ edited photographs, with the final details agreed at booking.
Share your preferred dates, who will join you, the atmosphere you want and any comfort or accessibility needs.
Edited photographs are delivered privately online. The session can stand alone or become the beginning of a family photography tradition.

Old Westbury Gardens requires advance permission for portrait photography. If that is a setting you are considering, check availability and current conditions directly with the venue during planning.

Can my partner be photographed with me?

Yes. Solo or partner portraits are included in the maternity session approach. Mention who will attend when you inquire.

Do I need a special maternity wardrobe?

No particular outfit is required. Begin with clothing you like and feel comfortable in, and discuss the overall mood with Tatiana.

Can we choose a private setting?

Tell Tatiana that privacy is a priority and describe any location you have in mind. Access, light and suitability will need to be agreed before the session is booked.
